Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.1 year of experience leading design projects.Portfolio demonstrating experience in hardware/software interaction design, design systems, and mobile UX.Familiarity with motion design and 3D tools.Expertise in design tools like Figma. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Develop and collaborate on visual design projects across the portfolio of XR devices and experiences, developing user-centric solutions within a novel and fast-developing product space.Communicate designs to build excitement and consensus across teams, and gain support for design strategy across stakeholders.Deliver polished, exceptional design executions that set the bar for great design and align with brand and established UX patterns.Partner closely with cross-functional teams (across UXD, VisD, UXE, UXR, PM, Eng) to envision, prioritize, develop, prototype and execute designs.Build and document design solutions that effectively scale within the XR platform.
