No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. **Scope of Work** * Design visually compelling graphics, layouts, and interfaces that align with project objectives and user needs. * Create and refine UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma. * Apply advanced typography principles to enhance readability and brand consistency. * Review, analyze, and provide feedback on design iterations with precision and clarity. * Document design processes and articulate design decisions in both written and verbal formats. * Contribute authentic, real-world insights on user interaction and usability best practices. * Collaborate efficiently in a remote environment, submitting deliverables according to project milestones. **Preferred Qualifications** * 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic or UI/UX Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact. * Expert-level proficiency in Figma and contemporary design tools. * Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design for digital products. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and detail. * Demonstrated ability to deliver constructive feedback and iterate on complex design challenges. * Self-motivated contributor who thrives in autonomous, remote project settings. * Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is a plus.
