Sign Shop Production & Graphic Design Specialist

Overview Join Our Growing Sign Shop Team! We are a growing Sign Business looking for a motivated, hands-on Production Employee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has an eye for design and detail, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, creative production environment. The ideal candidate has experience in graphic design, large-format printing, CNC routing, and sign production. We are looking for someone who can take a project from the computer screen to the finished product while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Responsibilities Operate large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and other sign-production equipment Operate and maintain CNC router equipment Prepare and produce signs, graphics, lettering, displays, and other signage products Assist with Graphic Design, file preparation, and production layouts Review Customer Artwork and prepare files for printing and routing Weed, mask, laminate, mount, assemble, and finish signage Perform quality control throughout the production process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area Be able to work in a "Team Atmosphere", proactively jumping in to help others when and where necessary Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues Assist with inventory, materials, and shop organization Work efficiently to meet deadlines Perform other shop and production duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a Sign Shop, Print Shop, graphics shop, or similar production environment Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and any other of the Adobe Suite programs Experience operating large-format printers and vinyl cutters Experience operating a CNC Router Knowledge of substrates such as PVC, ACM, Acrylic, Aluminum and other sign making materials Understanding of vinyl application, lamination, mounting, and finishing techniques Strong Attention to Detail and pride in workmanship Ability to read and understand production files and dimensions Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and more important, as part of a team The most important attribute is a must: Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and a willingness to learn new equipment and processes If you have experience in Graphic Design and/or sign production and enjoy turning digital designs into high-quality finished products for our Customers, we would love to hear from you!!
