What You'll Do As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in defining and evolving the DigiKey brand experience through: Developing innovative creative concepts and campaignsDesigning high-performing digital assets for web, email, and marketing initiativesCreating acquisition advertising that drives engagement and growthMaintaining and evolving brand standards and design systemsCollaborating closely with Marketing, Email, Content, and Web teamsPresenting creative solutions to stakeholders and incorporating feedbackMentoring and guiding fellow designers while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation What We're Looking For We're seeking a creative leader who brings both strong design execution and strategic thinking. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)6+ years of design experience, either in-house or agency-sideStrong portfolio showcasing digital design and creative problem-solvingExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaExperience developing campaigns, branding systems, and digital marketing assetsStrong collaboration, communication, and presentation skillsIllustration and animation experience preferred Why DigiKey? Compensation $63,100 - $86,800 annually Compensation is determined by several factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Work Arrangement This role requires onsite attendance every Monday and Wednesday in either our Bloomington or Thief River Falls, MN Office.
