Position: Senior Graphic Designer (Social Media/Email) Senior Graphic Designer (Social Media/Email) - ContractLocation: Remote, United States Type: Contract Hours: 20 hours with up to 40 hours through the end of Q4 Pay: $50-$80/hrOverviewWe're seeking a senior-level contract graphic designer to support us during our Q4 season. This role will work alongside senior staff to create important growth-focused creative, with an emphasis on paid social design. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is organized, agile, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator, with a strong background in performance creative and a portfolio that demonstrates those skills.A portfolio of work is required for consideration for this role.ResponsibilitiesWorking with senior staff, including Senior Graphic Designers and Copywriters, to autonomously execute paid social creative.Flexing into email design as needed.Collaborating with channel partners to test and iterate on ideas quickly, leveraging data and insights to inform creative decision‑making.RequirementsBachelor's degree and 5-7+ years of experienceExperience in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaBackground in designing for paid social creative (email is a plus), with a portfolio to demonstrate those skillsStrong organizational and communication skillsHighly collaborative, a self-starter, and low egoNice to HaveExperience designing for a brand that serves our demographic: parents of younger childrenExperience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environmentExperience with email design to support CRM channelsExperience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms
