As a Senior Brand & Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our university and communicating our brand to the world. We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about design and has a strong understanding of branding and marketing. If you have a keen eye for detail, a portfolio of impressive designs, and a desire to make a significant impact in higher education, we want to hear from you!\n\nDevelop and maintain the overall visual identity and brand guidelines for the University of Nevada. Create eye-catching and innovative designs for various marketing and promotional materials, including print and digital media. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with university goals and values. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, branding, and marketing. Manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and other team members. Conduct market research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve brand perception. Oversee the production process, including coordinating with printers and other vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery. Act as a brand ambassador, educating and training staff and faculty on brand guidelines and proper usage.
