Graphic Designer & Customer Experience Specialist Custom Apparel Business – Winter Park, FL Pay: $17-18 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time About Us We are a fast-growing custom apparel company specializing in high-quality t-shirts, uniforms, promotional products, and branded merchandise for businesses, schools, teams, and organizations. About the Role This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, confident phone skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly — while also delivering professional, polished designs. The right candidate is energetic, articulate, solutions-oriented, and comfortable guiding customers through the design and ordering process both in person and over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Sales ✔ Deliver exceptional in-store and phone customer service ✔ Communicate clearly and confidently with customers ✔ Ask questions to understand client needs and recommend solutions ✔ Guide customers through apparel selection and design options ✔ Process orders accurately and efficiently ✔ Follow up on quotes, approvals, and production timelines ✔ Ensure a smooth, professional experience from first contact to final delivery Graphic Design ✔ Create custom artwork for t-shirts, uniforms, and promotional products ✔ Prepare print-ready files using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator ✔ Ensure brand consistency and accuracy ✔ Adjust designs based on client feedback ✔ Support marketing materials and in-store visuals What We’re Looking For Experience Minimum 1 year of graphic design experienceStrong background in customer service (retail, hospitality, or sales preferred)Experience handling phone calls professionally and confidentlySkills ✔ Excellent verbal communication skills ✔ Confident, friendly, and energetic personality ✔ Strong people skills and relationship-building ability ✔ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator ✔ Detail-oriented and organized ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Education High school diploma + 2 years of work experienceORDegree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)Ability to lift up to 30 lbsProfessional appearance and demeanorPay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
