Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV, for a Prepress and Graphics Technician. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and modifying artwork files for print production, ensuring color accuracy, and designing or adjusting layouts for various printing projects. The technician will operate and maintain prepress equipment, collaborate closely with the production team to ensure quality standards, and provide troubleshooting support for printing issues. Additionally, they will work on creating digital and print-ready files for high-quality commercial projects. Qualifications Strong proficiency in prepress tools and techniques, including color management, file preparation, and printing technologySkills in graphic design, including creating and modifying layouts, typography, and image editingProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar applicationsAbility to operate and maintain advanced printing and bookbinding equipmentDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting print issuesExperience in quality control to maintain commercial-grade printing standardsEffective collaboration and communication skills to work within a dynamic team and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with signage, banner printing, or book printing is a plusA degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Print Technology, or a related field
