Marketing Lead, Graphic Design Location: Opa-locka, FL Work Type: Onsite Schedule: Office-based; extended hours during campaigns/events as needed Employment Type: Permanent, Exempt Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Description A leading organization in the marine industry is seeking a Marketing Lead, Graphic Design to support multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role focuses on content creation, campaign coordination, video production, and brand consistency across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events Create high-quality graphic and video content aligned with brand standards Manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Produce print materials (brochures, banners, etc.) and digital assets Shoot and edit video content from concept to final delivery Assist with social media, website updates, and content scheduling Support events, photoshoots, and promotional activities Collaborate cross-functionally and implement feedback efficiently Requirements 2–4 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or related field Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, etc.) Strong video production and editing experience Experience with print and digital asset creation Strong organization, communication, and project management skills Preferred Experience with premium or performance brands Familiarity with marine, automotive, or similar industries Drone videography and event/photoshoot support experience Working Conditions Onsite role within a marine manufacturing/repair environment Exposure to production areas; PPE may be required Flexible schedule based on campaign and production needs At ttg, “We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time,” ttg OPT.
