Lead Graphic Designer

To support innovative accessory design, the temporary remote Lead Graphic Designer will conceptualize and deliver graphic solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to production. Key responsibilities Concept, design, and present innovative graphic ideas across accessories categories Create mood boards, storytelling frameworks, and visual narratives based on consumer insights and market trends Develop technical files, schematics, and production-ready assets while managing multiple projects to meet deadlines Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in graphic design for apparel and/or accessories Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, typography, and refined design aesthetic Experience creating schematics and technical design files for production Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with CLO or similar tools Strong understanding of print, pattern, color theory, and layout
