Seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to elevate the visual brand and drive design excellence in a full-time remote role, the candidate will manage high-impact initiatives, mentor designers, and ensure alignment with the company's mission and values. Key responsibilities Produce high-quality creative work while balancing strategic considerations and meeting project deadlines Define and maintain Givelify's visual brand identity for consistency across all channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent design in strategic discussions and align solutions with business goals Required qualifications 6+ years of demonstrated experience in graphic design, including a portfolio of work Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Strong conceptual thinking and mastery of typography, color, and layout hierarchy Experience leading design strategy in cross-functional environments Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate creative concepts effectively
