The role of Graphic Designer is a junior - level position to support our marketing team across email, digital advertising, and social media. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s excited to learn, work quickly, and contribute to high-impact campaigns seen by millions. What You’ll Do Design and produce marketing emails, including specialized, promotional, and automated campaigns Create visually appealing banners, GIFs, digital assets, and marketing campaigns across various social media and advertisement platforms Collaborate with business, development, and product teams to bring campaigns to life Follow brand guidelines while helping evolve and refine visual systems Prepare files for development, ensuring designs are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and ADA digital compliance Assist with A/B testing variations and performance-driven initiatives Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creatively design new and exciting campaigns to increase CTR and engagement Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and visually compelling. What You Bring 1–2 years of design experience Bachelor's degree, certificate or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field. Strong portfolio showcasing digital work (email, web, or campaign-based design) Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Figma Strong foundation in visual design, typography, and layout Understanding of email design best practices (dynamic data, responsive design, hierarchy, accessibility is a plus) Ability to take feedback and pivot quickly Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines A problem solver who can translate challenges into clear, thoughtful design solutions Interested in marketing, digital advertising, and performance-driven design Nice to Have Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp) Abilit y to create light motion assets (GIFs, simple animations) to enhance campaigns Experience with following advertising requirements Understanding of HTML/CSS Ability to craft compelling and effective copywriting Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows What We Offer: Competitive salary Hybrid working environment Opportunity to work with an industry-leading live entertainment company Professional development and growth opportunities A dynamic and collaborative work environment Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
