Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support. In this fast-paced environment, your ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer inquiries will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Location: New Orleans, LA Job: Full time Pay: $16.50- $25.00 per hour Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.Assist customers by providing information and resolving issues related to products and services.Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring customer satisfaction.Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor\'s degree preferred.Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using computers and call center technology.
