GRAPHIC DESIGNER Menu Print Production & Brand Alignment Position Summary Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to take primary ownership of menu print production across our portfolio of concepts. This role is the engine behind our physical print program and a key creative partner in how our brands look and feel across every guest touchpoint. The ideal candidate is a technically proficient production designer who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and brings creative sensibility to brand development, environmental graphics, and special projects. Core Responsibilities MENU & PRINT PRODUCTION — PRIMARY FOCUS Own the full print production workflow under extreme deadlines Maintain and update all food & beverage menus, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and print-readiness at all times Communicate with multiple departments for all changes Develop and steward brand identity across all Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concept entities Maintain brand consistency across all materials, ensuring alignment between digital and print expressions of each concept Design and produce social media graphics, digital advertising, and other digital marketing assets as needed Support a wide range of special and seasonal projects Qualifications REQUIRED 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrated strength in print productionExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) particularly InDesign for multi-page documents and production workflowsStrong working knowledge of print production standards: bleeds, color modes (CMYK/Pantone), file preflight, and press-ready outputHands-on experience operating print equipment and managing finishingAbility to manage a high volume of concurrent projects and meet tight, shifting deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizational discipline Preferred Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-brand environments Ability to produce technical drawings and scale plans for signage and environmental graphics Experience developing brand identities from concept through execution Experience designing large-format graphics (wraps, construction walls, banners) What We Offer Competitive salaryMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid parking ~ PTO ~ Opportunity to work across some of New Orleans' most recognized hospitality brands Company Introduction Creole Cuisine’s family of New Orleans restaurants, located throughout the French Quarter and beyond, offers guests the opportunity to enjoy one of the most historical, unique locales in the United States.
