Graphics Design & Proposal Coordinator

Location: Seattle / Tacoma / Portland / Denver Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1) Implement graphics desgin to develop proposals and statements of qualifications. This includes coordinating all elements of pursuits: writing, formatting, editing/review, proofreading, efficient and timely production. 2) Author and/or edit content for social media marketing activities, mailings and other items. CRM updating, Prospective Client Outreach, Proposal trackingAdditional Provide support to coordinate, write and/or edit content for additional marketing activities and collateral, such as award submission Social media postings Undertake client research and outreach as directed. Any other duties as assigned.
