We move fast and are expecting this to be a fast growth business. We are heading into major retail in the coming months, and we are starting by building our online presence, which you'll be a part of. If you like fast-paced, innovative, and highly creative environments, this is for you. About the role This is two jobs in one, on purpose. Up to half your week is production design: CPG packaging, dielines, shippers, and boxes. The rest is running our social channels end to end. When the company gets big enough for a social team, you will have earned the right to help build it. What you'll do Design: Design CPG packaging from concept through printPlace final art on printer dielines, set bleeds, and hand off press-ready files without supervision (this is a must, not a nice to have)Design shippers, boxes, displays, and sales materialsKeep every surface on brand: color, type, and voicePowerPoint Sales PresenetationsSocial: Own the content calendar and run our accounts day to dayConcept, shoot, and edit short-form video and postsPlan and run product photo shootsTrack what performs and make more of itWhat you need 2+ years of print or packaging design work, with a portfolio to prove itFluency with dielines and press-ready file prepAdobe Illustrator and PhotoshopAbility to shoot and edit phone-first videoSalt Lake City area, on-siteNice to have CPG or food brand experienceMotion graphicsA social account you've grown, with numbers How to apply Include a portfolio link.
