Graphic Designer Required in Dallas, TX - Hybrid

Job Title: Graphic Designer Job Location: Dallas, TX Work Mode: Hybrid (1-3 days onsite depending upon the workload) Project Duration: 6 months (plus possibility of extension/conversion) Compensation Range: $40-$44/HR Job Description: TOP 5 SKILLS REQUIRED: 1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience. 2. Experience in graphic design and creative production; agency or retail marketing experience is a plus. 3. Strong agency and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing approvals and print production. 4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, supported by a strong portfolio of relevant work. 5. Excellent organizational, project-management, and communication skills. We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to support creative development and delivery across retail marketing campaigns. This role will have your time split between hands-on design, and working with Retail Marketing team members and agency partners to ensure high-quality creative is delivered accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities: • Support agency partners from concept through final production. • Provide art direction, clear feedback, and design support. • Execute hands-on design work as project load demands. • Coordinate Brand and Legal reviews, revisions, and approvals. • Manage project schedules, print deadlines, and deliverables. • Ensure all work meets brand, legal, technical, and production requirements. • Communicate project status, risks, and delays to stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Experience in graphic design and creative production. Agency and retail marketing experience is a plus. • Strong agency and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience managing approvals and print production. • Strong portfolio, organization, and communication skills • Portfolio is required.
