When entrepreneurs want real results, they turn to us. Your Mission We’re hiring a Graphic Designer focused on print and production work . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating and preparing designs for real-world printed materials—not just digital or branding projects. You’ll work primarily in InDesign to create, edit, and prepare files for offset and digital printing , including projects that may involve variable data and high-volume production. Schedule In-office, Monday–Friday 6:30am–3pm Pay Based on experience What You’ll Do Create and modify designs for print using Adobe InDesign Prepare press-ready files for offset and digital printing Review and quality-check artwork to ensure accuracy before production Apply strong layout, typography, and marketing principles to client work Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a production environment Additional Info This is an in-office role (not remote) Portfolio or samples are required for consideration Requirements 2+ years of graphic design experience (print, production, or similar) Strong proficiency in InDesign Familiarity with print concepts like bleeds, margins, and color modes Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization Ability to manage multiple tasks without missing deadlines Experience with prepress or print production workflows Exposure to variable data printing or direct mail Benefits Medical, dental, and vision 401K Short- and long-term disability Paid vacation time that increases with longevity 6 paid holidays (NY Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Incredible company culture with a relaxed yet highly productive work environment
