Designer / Content Creator — TAG Grading Location: Marina del Rey, CA — Hybrid Reports to: Co-Founder & CMO Type: Full-time About TAG TAG Grading is the most technologically advanced card grading company in the hobby. We built an automated grading system from the ground up — one that aims to eliminate subjectivity, documents every flaw, and gives collectors the clarity and confidence legacy graders never could. We're growing fast, investing heavily, and building the infrastructure to match the trust our collectors have placed in us. The Role We're hiring a Designer / Content Creator to work directly under our CMO and bring TAG's visual presence to life. You'll be hands-on across design, photography, and video — producing the assets that show up across our social channels, email, web, and campaigns. This is a craft role for someone who loves making things and thrives with strong creative direction. What You'll Do Design graphics, branded assets, social content, and campaign visuals in Photoshop (and other Adobe tools as needed) Shoot photography of slabs, the grading floor, products, and behind-the-scenes moments at our HQ Shoot and edit short-form video for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond Execute on creative direction from the CMO — fast turnaround, high quality, brand-consistent Collaborate with our Social & Community Manager on day-to-day content needs What We're Looking For Strong portfolio across design, photography, and video — versatility matters more than specialization Advanced Photoshop skills; comfort in Premiere, Lightroom, or equivalent Sharp eye, fast hands, and openness to direction Interest in trading cards, collectibles, or adjacent hobby spaces is a strong plus Based in LA — able to work hybrid out of our Marina del Rey HQ
