Graphic Designer

We’re partnering with an established manufacturing organization in Athens, TN seeking a Graphic Designer to join its growing creative team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer with 1+ years of experience who enjoys detailed, production-focused design and wants to build their experience in packaging, print and brand execution. This role requires candidates to be fully onsite at their location in Athens, TN. Working alongside the Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designer, this person will support a high volume of design projects across product labels, packaging, brochures, catalogs and other print collateral.What You’ll DoCreate, update and maintain product labels and packaging artworkDesign and update brochures, catalogs and other print marketing materialsAdapt existing brand standards and templates for a variety of products and customersPrepare accurate, production-ready files for in-house and external printingWork within established templates while maintaining brand consistencyEdit and prepare product photography for print and digital useInterpret product and technical information for use in packaging and label designsReview and proof artwork for accuracy, consistency and production requirementsManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyCollaborate closely with the Creative Director, Senior Graphic Designer and cross-functional teamsSupport digital creative projects as the internal creative function continues to growWhy This Role?You’ll join a small, collaborative creative team where your work has a direct impact on products that go to market.
