Graphic Designer (Hybrid) - Minnetonka, MN Job Type: Full-Time Department: Creative / Marketing Job Summary We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with fishing industry experience to develop compelling designs for advertising, retail displays, digital content, sales materials, and brand communications. Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts for advertising and marketing campaigns.Design print and digital ads, social media graphics, emails, web assets, and sales materials.Create point-of-purchase displays, retail signage, and merchandising materials.Design brochures, catalogs, product sheets, presentations, and other marketing collateral.Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.Retouch and composite product photography.Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use.Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and creative teams.Qualifications 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.Fishing industry experience required.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Experience using AI tools for research, concept development, and workflow efficiency.Strong portfolio demonstrating advertising, retail/POS, branding, typography, and layout.Knowledge of print production, prepress, color management, and file preparation.Strong communication, conceptual thinking, organization, and attention to detail.
