Graphic Designer

**Overview** The Graphic Designer plays a key role on the Big Sky Resort marketing team, supporting the development of marketing creative and facilitating on-the-ground design functions across the resort. In partnership with the wider marketing function and team, the Graphic Designer role will act as a critical collaborator in driving the excitement and energy of one of Norh America’s most iconic mountain destinations. **Responsibilities** * Manage design projects for internal departments, including Food and Beverage, Lodging, Retail, Mountain Sports, Mountain Services, Mountain Operations, and Human Resources * Lead the design and execution of resort signage and other marketing materials * Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns * Design assets for marketing channels, including email, social media, website, public relations, sales, and paid media * Manage print vendor relationships, including order placement and purchase order management * Support the marketing team with community events * Manage external design partner relationships as needed **Qualifications** **Note: Applicants must be prepared to submit a design portfolio for review prior to interview.** * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design or a related field * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Figma, with the ability to learn new tools as needed * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across teams and with external partners * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail * A positive, can-do attitude with a self-starting and dependable work ethic * Passion for skiing, snowboarding, and the outdoors preferred ***Be a part of our full-time year round team and enjoy these great benefits!*** * Full Health Plan with Company HSA Match * 401(k) eligable * Flexible Paid Time Off * Free Ski Pass for you, your spouse and dependents * FREE Golf Pass for you, your spouse and dependents * Free Bike Haul/Scenic Lift Pass for you, your spouse and dependents * FREE Basecamp activities including zip line courses and discounted passes for spouse and dependents * Steep Lodging discounts for accommodation for friends and family (blackout dates apply) * 25% off Food discount at all outlets * 20%-30% off Retail discount at all outlets  and gear and sponsor discounts * Eligibility for affordable employee housing, a short walk or free bus ride away from work
