Graphic Design & Social Media Assistant

Job Summary Every week our crew installs signage and graphics in offices, buildings and events around the Bay Area — and most of it never makes it online. We're growing our marketing team and need a designer who can turn that work into content: photos and short videos of our installs, posts, stories and reels, plus the design pieces our sales team uses every day. You'll work with our Marketing Coordinator, inside a real print and fabrication shop. What you'll do Create posts, stories and short videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook, following the VIVAS brand Photograph and film our installations on site and in the shop Plan the content calendar with our Marketing Coordinator and publish on schedule Design sales and marketing pieces: flyers, presentations, case studies and email graphics Mock up signage on client photos for proposals, together with our design team Keep the photo and video library organized so every project is easy to find Answer comments and messages, and pass real leads to the sales team What we're looking for A portfolio of design, social content or both — school and personal projects count Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Canva, InDesign, Premiere or CapCut are a plus Comfortable shooting with a phone: good light, steady video, clean framing You know how Instagram and TikTok work today — formats, trends and what makes someone stop scrolling Organized and consistent: posting on schedule matters more than one viral post Clear written English; Spanish is a plus Able to travel to job sites around San Francisco to photograph our work What we offer $25.00 per hour Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Paid sick leave under San Francisco law Learn large-format printing, fabrication and installation from the inside Your work on offices, campuses and events for brands you know around the Bay Area Schedule and location Based at our shop at 2265 Revere Ave, San Francisco, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some installs and events happen early, in the evening or on weekends, and sometimes that's the only chance to photograph them.
