With 40 years in the industry, we have a strong presence in the Northwest and beyond. We are seeking a hands-on Art Department Manager with a solid screen printing background to lead daily art operations and drive marketing opportunities. This is a working leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — production comes first. Position Summary The Art Department Manager oversees daily art workflow, ensures artwork is press-ready, and holds the art team accountable to deadlines and quality standards. This role requires a self-starter who communicates clearly, collaborates with Production and Sales, and leverages marketing skills to support client growth.
