Graphic Design Intern

About the role The Graphic Design Intern role provides hands-on experience in a professional design setting within the retail fashion industry. You will work alongside our design team to build digital and print content that supports our marketing strategies. What you'll do Create graphics for social media, marketing collateral, website assets, and presentations. Brainstorm and contribute design ideas that align with our brand goals. Edit and retouch images to meet project requirements and maintain quality. Organize and manage design files and assets for the team. Stay current with design software, tools, and industry trends. Partner with the marketing and social teams to ensure designs communicate the intended message. What you'll need Current enrollment in a degree program for Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. A portfolio that shows your design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and core design principles. Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Location & details This is an on-site internship based in Knoxville, Tennessee. The term is for Winter 2027. This is a paid, part-time position. You must have a few days of open availability and be able to work 20-25 hours per week.
