Graphic Artist II - Public Communications & Digital Media

Baltimore City is seeking a Graphic Artist II to design print collateral and digital media materials. You will assist the Communications team with public messaging, social media and website updates, and respond to media inquiries. The role requires Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, GIS exports, and basic animation/motion design. Must be flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends.
