This role will work closely with the Sr Designer to execute creative assets across digital, print, environmental, and experiential touchpoints. The position will report to the VP of Marketing and Sr Designer, and it is a remote position.ResponsibilitiesCreate production ready assets based on existing key art and brand guidelinesResize and adapt creative for multiple formats, platforms, and dimensionsDesign event signage, pull up banners, directional signage, table tents, and environmental graphicsPrepare print ready files and production specificationsSupport social media, email, web, and digital marketing asset creationAssist with asset organization, versioning, and production workflowsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverablesTrain and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors, and partners when neededAll other projects and initiatives as identifiedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred2+ years of graphic design experienceStrong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator and PhotoshopExperience preparing files for print production and large-format graphicsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work within established brand systems and key art packagesExperience in live events, hospitality, entertainment, music, or experiential marketing is a plusWork EnvironmentMust be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments in dynamic work locationsMay work in drastic temperature climates while on site at eventsMust be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlinesAdditional InformationApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Vibee for a visa.Equal Employment OpportunityVibee aspires to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
