In this program, you'll have an opportunity to gain experience while working and collaborating on numerous market-specific and company-wide projects, such as: Advertising and promotional campaignsBrand managementCorporate sponsorships and contributionsDigital marketing campaignsInternal and external company communicationsSocial media campaignsYou'll also be exposed to graphic design, project management, volunteer resources, public relations and more! Qualifications Trustmark focuses on program participants who have a demonstrated strong work ethic and leadership skills through academic performance, work experience and campus involvement. In addition, interested students should: Have earned a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0Be scheduled to graduate on or before June 1, 2027Be detail oriented, organized, analytical and demonstrated problem solving abilitiesHave strong communication and interpersonal skillsBe able to handle complex projects with a sense of urgency, adaptability to change, innovation,Be tech savvy and results orientedHave enthusiasm and genuine interest in developing a career with Trustmark and the financial industryFull- Time position located in Jackson, MS.
