Title: Designer – Print I Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 11 Months Job Description We are seeking a Content & Presentation Specialist with strong business writing, executive storytelling, and presentation design skills. The ideal candidate can consolidate complex business updates into clear, concise, and engaging content for senior leadership, newsletters, and internal web platforms. Key Responsibilities Consolidate updates, milestones, risks, and outcomes into concise, executive-ready reports and presentations.Create polished Keynote or PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.Develop company-wide newsletters, business communications, and engaging written content.Organize and improve internal web pages and resource platforms using AI-powered tools (no coding required).Use AI tools and prompt engineering to support content creation, storytelling, and web updates.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear messaging, consistent tone, and professional presentation.Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in corporate communications, content strategy, executive reporting, business writing, or presentation design.Excellent business writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise, executive-level communications.Experience with Keynote or PowerPoint and strong presentation design skills.Familiarity with generative AI tools and prompt engineering.Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.Preferred: Graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma; experience creating executive presentations, leadership updates, or newsletters.
