Key Responsibilities Set the creative vision and design direction for the department, ensuring brand consistency Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers and creative talent Oversee the full creative process from brief through final execution, maintaining quality control Required Qualifications 10+ years of design experience, with 3-5 years in a creative leadership role Experience in the beauty, personal care, or luxury / lifestyle industry A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and multi-channel creative work Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional creative teams Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma is a plus
