Position Summary Brand + Graphic Designer will support our annual product launches, marketing campaigns, and ongoing brand initiatives. This mid-level role focuses on translating brand direction into high-quality visual assets across print and digital platforms while supporting product launches, sales enablement, and digital marketing efforts. This position plays a key role in executing visual materials used for product launches, advertising campaigns, e-blasts, website updates, and social media initiatives throughout the year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Photo & Video Asset Support Perform photo editing and retouching to support brand standardsMark up images for photography retouching vendorsPrepare production-ready files for print and digital platformsSupport light video editing as needed for marketing initiativesProduct Launch & Campaign Support Design visual assets supporting annual product launches and NeoCon preparationCreate print, digital, and social advertising assetsSupport generation of social media graphics and campaign materialsDevelop marketing collateral including brochures, digital graphics, and launch materialsSupport creation of sales enablement tools and presentation materialsAssist in maintaining consistency of visual brand standards across deliverablesVisual Storytelling & Content Support Support development of visual storyboards for marketing campaignsAssist in translating product narratives into visual conceptsAssist with brand copywriting when neededDigital Marketing & Web Support Graphically design visual assets for e-blasts and digital marketing initiativesFamiliarity with working within CMS platformsPrepare visual assets for website useSupport digital campaign asset creationAssist with pulling basic performance insights from Google AnalyticsApply working knowledge of SEO principles to support digital initiativesWorking Conditions Davis Furniture operates with a small, highly collaborative Marketing team that works closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, and Sales throughout the year.
