ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER + GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN Sweet Memories Vintage Tees | Liberty Twp, Ohio Are you creative, organized, outgoing, and interested in learning what it takes to build and grow a brand? Sweet Memories Vintage Tees is looking for an Assistant Store Manager + Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional internship—you’ll gain hands-on experience in graphic design, retail management, merchandising, marketing, social media, events, and brand development. We’re looking for someone who can be creative behind the computer AND confident working with customers on the sales floor. WHAT YOU’LL DO Retail & Assistant Management Help oversee daily store operations Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience Assist with opening and closing responsibilities Help maintain store organization, displays, and merchandising Assist with inventory and product organization Help train and support retail team members Assist with special events, promotions, and product launches Step into a leadership role when needed Graphic Design & Creative Assist with T-shirt and apparel graphics Create social media graphics and promotional materials Design signage, flyers, event materials, and in-store displays Help develop graphics for new product launches and licensed brands Prepare creative assets for ecommerce and marketing Work on real projects that may be produced, sold, promoted, and seen by customers WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is: Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, Fashion, Business, or a related field Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other professional design programs Creative with a strong eye for typography, layout, color, and branding Friendly, dependable, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable interacting with customers Able to multitask in a fast-paced small-business environment Interested in retail, apparel, vintage brands, marketing, and entrepreneurship Willing to learn and jump in wherever needed Retail experience is a plus, but personality, creativity, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally important. THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL INTERNSHIP You won't spend your internship watching from the sidelines. You'll work directly on real products, real marketing campaigns, real events, and real retail operations while learning how ideas go from concept to design to production to the sales floor.
