The Opportunity The Jr. Graphic Designer will support creative production across the Optimum Growth Agency, working within established brand systems to produce assets for digital campaigns, social media, print, events, patient education, and provider communications. You will work closely with: * The Growth Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager on digital campaign assets, landing page graphics, and email templates * The Social Media & Content Coordinator on social graphics, Reels templates, and visual content frameworks * The Events Coordinator on event signage, printed materials, and sponsor recognition assets * The Provider Development team on sales collateral, leave-behinds, and provider education materials Every asset you produce is a representation of Optimum in the world. * Measurable improvement in brand consistency and asset quality across all entities.
