Position OverviewWe are seeking a Designer for our GBP Cincinnati Division. This position works within a team environment to design custom packaging and graphics presentations that meet customer needs and requirements. QualificationsAn Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design or related experience. Skills in aiding customers by answering questions and assisting them through the design process to meet their needs. Headquartered in Green Bay, Wis., Green Bay Packaging Inc. employs over 4,600 team members and operates 40 facilities in 16 states, each with a dedication to innovative development of its products and forestry resources, with a focus on safety, sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement.

This position will report to the Design Manager. The designer will create, modify, and refine graphics for packaging, displays, and related materials while maintaining accuracy, printability, and brand consistency throughout the production process. Create print cards and specs for approval that meet both customer and production requirements.
