At CESO, a Senior (Sr) Designer position requires proficient knowledge of design and drafting techniques, Architectural and Engineering drawing sets, computer-aided design, modeling work, and graphics (CAD/BIM), and understanding of construction documentation. Use independent judgement to create and lead the production of detailed scaled plans and supporting documentation for building construction projects based on preliminary concepts, sketches, and design guidelines set forth by the Client/Owner provided by more senior staff. Be able to review projects to implement required constructability and code requirements as required by the authorities having jurisdiction.
